Ordering

If you wish to order any of our stationery please complete our order form  and return it to the address in the top right hand corner. This can be requested by e-mail via our contact page Should you at anytime however wish to discuss your order please do not hesitate to contact us. Your order form should be returned with a deposit of 50% of the total order. Should you like us to confirm costs before you return your order form please contact us. The remaining balance of your account needs to be paid before we dispatch your completed order. Upon receipt of your order form and deposit we will contact you to confirm receipt and provide an estimated delivery date. We will also request any text for inserts or cards which will be returned to you for proofing. Once we have received confirmation that you are happy with your proofs we will commence work on your order and your deposit will become non-refundable. Due to the handcrafted nature of our stationery we will endeavour to amend any of our designs to suit your requirements in terms of colour or perhaps style. Prices stated for stationery include one printed insert (four sides) in each invitation, menu, thank you card and order of service.

Delivery

Delivery times are dependent on the size of your order and our current workload. Please allow three months from date or ordering to date you would wish to receive your stationery. However if you require your order sooner please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss. The balance of your account should be received prior to dispatch. Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes insurance of up to £1,000. Delivery requires a signature therefore if you have any specific delivery instructions please inform us before your delivery dates. Orders for up to 25 items = £5.00, up to 50 items - £10.00, over 50 items = £20. Should you wish not to incur postal charges your order can be collected from us at a time mutually convenient.

Below you will find wording examples for your invitations, RSVP, Thank You and Save the Date Cards. We are more than happy to use your own text should you wish. Please note that the actual layout of the wording and the font used will depend upon the design of the invitation you have chosen. The price of invitations include the printing of the names of your guests on the inserts. Should you wish this to be left blank to be completed by yourself please inform us when you place your order. Standard inserts are printed black however we can also print in colour at an extra charge of 10p per card.
